Steak Rollups!

It’s Friday, WOOHOO! And I’m starving, not so woohoo worthy.

I am actually pretty hungry for all of the Super Bowl appetizers I’ve been drooling over all week. I wish I could rewind this week and eat more of everything I made {and that my friends made!} Today I have an AWESOME recipe for you. But I have to tell you, these little appetizers are addicting. Ordinarily I can eat a couple of something and be satisfied {well, except for chips, salsa & cheese at Mexican restaurants… that’s a different story altogether}. However, when I made these Steak Roll Ups, I inhaled every last one of them in less time than it takes to tie your shoes.


They are so good. I feel guilty that I ate them all in such a short period of time. You know how that goes, right? I always feel guilty when I overeat, and I over ate! If you give them a try, you will know my pain.

Here is what you will need: 

  • 1 ounce steak, cooked and sliced thin
  • 1 ounce American cheese, divided into 6 pieces
  • 3 crescent rolls


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Split the crescent rolls in half
  • Put a slice of cheese on each crescent half
  • Put a slice of steak on top of the cheese
  • Roll the crescent up
  • Pop them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
  • Dip in some au jus, hot sauce or some mustard!


They are delicious on their own, promise!! If you have enough time to think about making au jus, go do it! However, I could not think about anything other than eating them immediately!

These will be a perfect addition to your Super Bowl table! Go make them!!
